笔者于今年年初来到淮北地区群众集资办水利比较早的蒙城县,分别对柳林、楚村、母集等三个乡进行了调查,并走访了部分农民,调查结果如下:一、基本情况蒙城县位于淮北平原南部,总面积2173平方公里,耕地191万亩。全县51个乡(镇),561个行政村,90.8万人口,其中农业人口85万人,人均土地2.4亩。现有水利设施:大、中沟187条,桥涵5160多座,机井4640眼,机电站520座,
At the beginning of this year, the author came to Mengcheng County, where the people’s fund-raising in the Huaibei area was relatively early and conducted a survey on three townships: Liulin, Chu Village and Fuji and visited some peasants. The findings are as follows: I. Basic Situation Mengcheng County is located in southern Huaibei Plain, with a total area of 2173 square kilometers, 1910000 acres of arable land. The county 51 townships (towns), 561 administrative villages, 908000 population, of which 850000 agricultural population, per capita land 2.4 acres. The existing water conservancy facilities: 187 large and medium ditches, 5160 bridges and culverts, 4640 wells, 520 mechanical and electrical stations,
