我厂地处浦东新区,始建于1913年,建国以来,经过不断扩建改造,已发展成为炼轧钢自成体系的大型企业,主要产品有板材、型材、不锈板材三大系列。1993年产钢190万吨,比上年增产7.25％;产钢材190万吨,比上年增长29.33％;销售收入达62.6亿元,比上年增长76.19％;实现利税6.3亿元,比上年增长81.14％;出口和以产顶进钢材收汇达1.75亿美元,比上年增长137.55％;全员劳动生产率18万元/人年,比上年增长29.93％。
