用改良的Beutler法测定白细胞中β-葡糖苷酶活性。48例正常人白细胞β-葡糖苷酶活性每小时为10.13±2.76nmol/mg酶蛋白,1例高雪病患者该酶活性每小时为2.7nmol/mg酶蛋白。
Determination of β-glucosidase activity in leukocytes by a modified Beutler method. The activity of β-glucosidase in white blood cells of 48 normal persons was 10.13 ± 2.76nmol / mg enzyme protein per hour, and in 1 case of Gaucher disease, the enzyme activity was 2.7nmol / mg enzyme protein per hour.
