为了探明深部地层的油气情况,几口探井均在沙河街层下部迂到红色及兰灰色泥岩,统称为红层。由于红层水化膨胀性很强,给钻井工作带来很大的困难。因此,寻找新型泥浆及处理剂来抑制红层的水化膨胀是打开深部勘探局面的关键之一。针对这个问题,我们与胜利油田钻井指挥部泥浆总站及4068井队配合,在东风5号井的泥浆方面做了一些工作,钻穿红层600多米,达到设计要求。
In order to ascertain the oil and gas conditions in the deep strata, a few wells were drilled red and blue-gray mudstone in the lower part of the Shahe Street, collectively referred to as the red layer. Due to the strong hydration and swelling of the red beds, great difficulties have been brought to the drilling work. Therefore, looking for new mud and treatment agents to inhibit the hydration expansion of the red layer is one of the keys to open deep exploration. In response to this problem, we worked with the mud terminal at the Drilling Command of Shengli Oilfield and the 4068 well team to do some work on the mud of Dongfeng No.5 well. Drilling through more than 600 meters of red beds met the design requirements.
