在林业育苗工作中,要想保障苗木品质,就必须合理应用各项育苗技术,选择合适的育苗基地,并且建造土壤肥沃、光照充足的苗床,选择品质优良的种植,合理应用温汤浸种等物理处理方式及化学处理方式,提高发芽率,做好苗期管理工作,并且合理应用嫁接技术,实现苗木品质的进一步提升。为了保障育苗技术应用效果,还必须加强技术管理工作,从管理理念革新、苗木质量评价及管理队伍建设等方面,切实提高育苗技术管理水平。
