高等院校在注重提高教学和科研质量的同时,还应当注重学校的党建工作的开展。只有在科学的领导下,学校各方面的发展才能真正取得长远的进步与发展。而加强高校的党建工作即是保持学校组织工作科学且高效运行的保障。本文分析了现代高等院校党建工作中存在的问题,并介绍了创新高等院校党建工作的方法,进一步提出了加强和改进党建工作的具体措施。
While paying attention to improving the quality of teaching and research, colleges and universities should also pay attention to the development of the party building in schools. Only under the leadership of science can we truly achieve long-term progress and development in all aspects of our school’s development. To strengthen the party building in colleges and universities is to ensure the scientific and efficient operation of the organization of the school. This article analyzes the problems existing in the party construction in modern institutions of higher learning and introduces the methods to innovate the party building in institutions of higher learning and further puts forward specific measures for strengthening and improving party building.
