对中职师资培训基地进行评价迫在眉睫,而对其评价主体的选择是一个关键要素。本文从中等职业教育师资培训质量的复杂性出发,论述了从四类评价主体来评价中职师资培训质量,即培训管理者、培训实施机构、培训参加者、送培单位。通过评价主体的不同角度,探讨了在构建评价模型时评价主体的重要性。
It is imminent to appraise the training base of secondary vocational school teacher, and the choice of the main body of evaluation is a key factor. Based on the complexity of secondary vocational education teacher training quality, this paper discusses the evaluation of secondary vocational teacher training quality from four main types of evaluation subjects, namely training managers, training implementation agencies, training participants, and sending training units. By evaluating the different perspectives of the subject, the importance of evaluating the subject in the construction of the evaluation model is discussed.
