本文结合多项实际工程,介绍了在已建建筑桩基的一侧,再扩建建筑桩基的合理处理和正确计算方法。即:在已建建筑基桩竖向承载力仍有余量的状况,对已建建筑桩基和扩建房屋桩基采取了合理和可靠的措施做成联合桩基,并且提出了正确的计算方法;在已建建筑基桩竖向承载力已无余量的状况,采用与已建建筑桩基分离的两桩承合桩基,且巧妙地采用了平衡块重来平衡拉力。这样的处理和计算方法,在实际工程中收到了良好的效果。
In this paper, a number of practical projects, introduced in the side of the pile has been built, and then expand the rational construction of pile foundation and correct calculation method. That is, under the situation that the vertical bearing capacity of the built foundation pile still has some margin, reasonable and reliable measures are taken to build the pile foundation of the existing building and expanding the pile foundation of the building, and the correct calculation method is put forward ; In the condition that the vertical bearing capacity of the built foundation pile has no residual capacity, two pile supporting footings separated from the pile foundation of the existing building are adopted, and the balance weight is skilfully adopted to balance the tension. Such processing and calculation methods, in the actual project has received good results.
