如果失业保险金领取资格设计不够严密或者执行不够严格,失业保险制度就无法实现为失业者临时提供收入和最终促使其再就业的双重目标。近几年来,随着我国失业率的逐渐上升,失业保险金领取资格设计和执行中存在的问题逐渐暴露出来,失业保险金领取资格管理将面临多方面的挑战,必须采取一系列有效措施完善我国失业保险金领取资格管理。
