慈善事业是弘扬互助友爱精神和建设积极向上的伦理道德的最好途径与方式,具有缩小收入差距、化解社会矛盾、促进共享发展成果的客观功效。当前中国的慈善事业面临着公信力缺失、慈善意识落后、法制建设滞后、慈善机制发育不良等诸多制约,遭遇了前所未遇的困局。因此,改良国民的慈善意识是发展中国慈善事业的基础工程,健全完善慈善法制是发展中国慈善事业的根本保证,促使慈善组织运行机制发育成熟则是发展中国慈善事业的关键所在。
Philanthropy is the best way and way to carry forward the spirit of friendship and fraternity and to build a positive and ethical morality. It has the objective function of narrowing the income gap, resolving social conflicts and promoting the achievements of shared development. At present, China’s charitable undertakings face many constraints such as lack of credibility, backward philanthropic awareness, lagging legal establishment and poor philanthropy. Therefore, improving people’s awareness of charity is the basic project of developing China’s philanthropy. Perfecting the charitable legal system is the fundamental guarantee for the development of philanthropy in China. Pursuing the development of philanthropic operating mechanism is the key to developing philanthropy in China.
