目的:建立一种利用毛细管电泳拆分盐酸地匹福林对映体的方法。方法:采用毛细管区带电泳模式,以羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)为手性选择剂,HP-β-CD最佳浓度为12 g.L-1,磷酸盐为缓冲溶液(pH5.5)、柱温为20℃、分离电压20 kV,检测波长为200 nm。结果:在上述的优化条件下盐酸地匹福林对映体在8 min内达到了基线分离。结论:采用毛细管电泳法分离盐酸地匹福林对映体,方法操作简便、快捷、有效,可用于该药物的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the separation of enantiomers of phenivrin hydrochloride by capillary electrophoresis. Methods: The optimum concentration of HP-β-CD was 12 gL-1 by capillary zone electrophoresis with HP-β-CD as chiral selector. The phosphate buffer Solution (pH5.5). The column temperature was 20 ℃, the separation voltage was 20 kV and the detection wavelength was 200 nm. Results: Under the optimized conditions, the enantiomers of dipivoxil hydrochloride achieved baseline separation within 8 min. Conclusion: The separation of enantiomers of phenylephrine hydrochloride by capillary electrophoresis is simple, rapid and effective and can be used for the quality control of this drug.
