目的建立高效毛细管电泳法测定夏枯草中迷迭香酸的含量。方法采用毛细管区带电泳法。电泳条件为:石英毛细管柱(75μm×60cm);运行缓冲液:20mmol·L-1的硼砂溶液(pH9.88);分离电压18kV;进样时间为5s;温度为25℃,检测波长为330nm。结果迷迭香酸在20.4~163.2μg·mL-1内线性关系良好(r=0.9994);平均回收率为97.7%,RSD为1.6%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确并且专属性强,可用于测定夏枯草中迷迭香酸的含量。
Objective To establish a capillary electrophoresis method for the determination of rosmarinic acid in Prunella vulgaris. Methods Capillary zone electrophoresis was used. The electrophoresis conditions were as follows: quartz capillary column (75μm×60cm); running buffer: 20mmol·L-1 borax solution (pH9.88); separation voltage 18kV; injection time 5s; temperature 25°C, detection wavelength 330nm . Results The linearity of rosmarinic acid was good in the range of 20.4-163.2 μg·mL-1 (r=0.9994). The average recovery was 97.7% and the RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and specific. It can be used to determine the content of rosmarinic acid in Prunella vulgaris.
