我们前已报道用抗HBVx抗原(HBxAg)三种不同肽段的抗体检出肝癌细胞中HBxAg的存在。我们用PCR技术扩增肝癌肝组织中的x基因,用重组HBxAg及其抗体分别检测肝癌患者血清中的抗HBx和HBxAg并用免疫组织化学的方法分析肝组织中HBxAg的表达及其分布。我们发现HBxAg在肝癌肝组织中阳性率高达92.6%而且分布广泛,主要表达在细胞浆,但细胞核内亦有见到。癌旁组织检出率也很高,而且在小胆管上皮细胞内亦见有HBxAg的存在。研究结果表明HBxAg的表达与肝癌有密切关系
We have previously reported the presence of HBxAg in hepatocellular carcinoma cells using antibodies against three different peptide anti-HBVx antigens (HBxAg). We used PCR to amplify the x gene in liver tissues of hepatocellular carcinoma. The anti-HBx and HBxAg levels in serum of hepatocellular carcinoma patients were detected by recombinant HBxAg and its antibody. The expression and distribution of HBxAg in liver tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. We found that the positive rate of HBxAg in liver cancer liver tissue was as high as 92.6% and widely distributed, mainly expressed in the cytoplasm, but also seen in the nucleus. Paraneoplastic tissue detection rate is also high, but also in the small bile duct epithelial cells also see the presence of HBxAg.
