科技成果评价是科技成果转化的重要环节.2016年以来,我国开始探索和建立以市场为导向的新型科技成果评价机制,科技行政管理部门不再负责科技成果评价工作,而是由委托方交给专业评价机构执行,由行业组织或中介机构实行自律管理,以充分发挥科技成果评价的作用.
