The Basic Law of Hong Kong and the Basic Law of Macao are two unique constitutional laws that fully reflect the principle of “one country, two systems” in China. The two basic laws are refreshing with their unique style: the theoretical content and the spirit of the times contained in the Code reflect the legislative guiding ideology with Chinese characteristics; the harmonization and unification of the content and structure of the Code in the code shows the innovative legislative techniques.
