前瞻性研究氩绿激光对黄斑玻璃膜疣和视功能的影响。方法 :黄斑部有软性玻璃膜疣者 2 2人 (35眼 ) ,最佳矫正视力≥ 0 .8,随机分为激光组和对照组 ,其中激光眼 (共 10眼 )使用氩绿激光“C”型光凝后极部 ,包括直接光凝玻璃膜疣。两组随诊矫正视力、彩色眼底像、眼底荧光造影 (FFA)和视觉诱发电位(VEP) ,观察玻璃膜疣和视功能的改变。结果 :激光前后 ,激光组与对照组 ,均无新生血管生成 ,视力和 VEP无显著变化 ,激光眼 4/ 10可见玻璃膜疣数目减少 ,未激光眼未发现玻璃膜疣数目明显减少。结论 :氩绿激光“C”型光凝后极部 ,包括直接光凝玻璃膜疣处 ,可以促进玻璃膜疣吸收 ,未破坏黄斑功能。
Prospective study of argon green laser on the drusen and visual function of macular degeneration. Methods: Forty-two eyes (35 eyes) with soft drusen in the macular area and the best corrected visual acuity of ≥ 0.8 were randomly divided into laser group and control group. Laser eye (10 eyes in total) C “-type photocoagulation pole, including direct photocoagulation drusen. Two groups were followed up for corrected visual acuity, color fundus image, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and visual evoked potential (VEP), observed drusen and visual function changes. Results: Before and after the laser, there was no neovascularization in the laser group and the control group. There was no significant change in visual acuity and VEP. The number of drusen in 4/10 of the laser eyes decreased, and the number of drusen in the non-laser eyes was not significantly decreased. Conclusion: Argon - green laser ”C" - type photocoagulation pole, including direct photocoagulation drusen, can promote the absorption of drusen without affecting the macular function.
