在传媒格局深刻变革、纸质媒体转型升级的大背景下,业内外关注的目光都集中在媒体的生存发展方面,而很少关注基层记者的生存状况。不少记者理想信念缺失、目标前途渺茫、看不到人生奋斗的方向。作为基层领导,不仅要承担报纸做大做强的重任,更要成为基层记者的引路人。面对当今日新月异的变化,我会在突然坐下来的间隙回眸自己的从业经历,觉得最重要的一句话是:不能俯视大地,就仰望天空。虽然数十年来世界已变得面目全非,可在信念上还存在着永恒不变的东西。
Under the background of profound changes in the media landscape and the transformation and upgrading of paper media, the focus of attention both inside and outside the industry has focused on the survival and development of the media, with little attention paid to the survival of grassroots reporters. Many journalists lack ideal and faith, their future prospects are slim, they can not see the direction of life struggle. As a grass-roots leader, not only to assume the task of becoming bigger and stronger newspapers, but also to become a grassroots reporter’s guide. In the face of the rapidly changing changes of the present, I will review my own experiences in the space where I suddenly sat down. I think the most important sentence is: You can not look down at the earth and look to the sky. Although the world has become dehumanizing for decades, there can still be something immutable in the faith.
