建筑企业的成本管理工作能够帮助企业更好的控制实际运营中发生的成本,同时还能够从财务角度发现企业管理中存在的漏洞。建筑企业要积极认识成本管理工作的重要作用,明确成本管理的权力和责任,丰富成本管理的手段,加强工程项目资金的管理,从而切实提高成本管理质量。本文对建筑企业成本管理中存在的问题和解决对策进行了分析。
Building enterprise cost management can help enterprises to better control the actual operating costs incurred, but also from the financial point of view of enterprise management vulnerabilities. Construction enterprises should actively understand the important role of cost management, clarify the power and responsibility of cost management, enrich the means of cost management, and strengthen the management of project funds so as to effectively improve the quality of cost management. This article analyzes the problems existing in the cost management of construction enterprises and their countermeasures.
