对Ф0.8 mm的KSC72A(72%C)冷拉态钢丝进行了水浴索氏体化处理,采用KR-SQTAⅡ型淬火介质冷却特性测试仪系统测试了不同浓度与温度的碱性聚丙烯酸类水溶性淬火介质(AQ110)的冷却特性曲线。用扫描电镜(SEM)和材料试验机研究了水浴处理时间对钢丝显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:水浴介质的最佳使用温度为90℃,浓度为10%。随着水浴处理时间的延长,钢丝的索氏体团尺寸及片层间距减小,抗拉强度和伸长率、断面收缩率随索氏体团尺寸和索氏体片层间距的减小而提高。当收线速度为55 m/min、水浴处理时间为5.5 s(水浴槽长度为50cm)时,水浴处理工艺为最佳。此条件下钢丝具有良好的综合力学性能。
The cold drawn steel wires of Ф0.8 mm KSC72A (72% C) were subjected to a water bath sizing treatment. The aqueous alkaline polyacrylic acids of different concentrations and temperatures were tested by KR-SQTAⅡ quenching medium cooling characteristics tester system Cooling characteristics of the quench medium (AQ110). The effects of bath treatment time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel wire were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and material testing machine. The results show that the optimum temperature of water bath is 90 ℃ and the concentration is 10%. With the prolongation of the water bath treatment, the sorbite size and interlamellar spacing decreased, the tensile strength and elongation, and the reduction of area increased with the decrease of sorbite size and sorbite sheet spacing . The water bath process is the best when the take-up speed is 55 m / min and the bath treatment time is 5.5 s (water bath length is 50 cm). Under this condition, the steel wire has good comprehensive mechanical properties.
