为全面推进中央关于《建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系2008—2012年工作规划》的贯彻落实,山西紧密结合本省实际,谋求重点突破,确定从煤焦领域切入,开展煤焦领域反腐败专项斗争。通过一年多集中专项治理工作,教育挽救了一批党员干部,清理追缴了一批违规资金,严肃查处了一批典型案件,建立健全了一批规章制度,取得了良好的政治、经济、社会和法纪效果,受到了党中央和中央纪委领导同志的肯定。
