本文在对绿色食品和有机食品的概念范畴作以比较的基础上,以黑龙江省为例,从需求与供给的角度切入,论述了绿色食品的国际市场前景广阔,出口潜力巨大,提出了扩大绿色食品出口的若干建议,包括:充分认识绿色食品出口的重要性,加大绿色食品生产与出口的工作力度;进一步提高绿色食品及其标志的知名度,大力传送绿色食品事业的发展信息;制定正确的国际市场营销策略,加强国际市场的开拓;把好速度与质量的关系,逐步向国际高标准看齐;按照国际标准,建立和完善现有的认证体系。
