2014年CNS-DSM专项科研基金专家评审会于7月31日在北京召开,CNS-DSM专家委员会12位专家参会。本次会议对2014年申请项目复审并遴选出最终资助项目。本次会议由专家委员会主任委员翟凤英教授主持,她简要介绍了本年度招标总体情况:办公室共收到来自22个省市地区的项目申请书83份,比2013年增加了42份,增幅达到102%,投标量达到了这4年的最高峰。经形式审查筛选出有效申请62份,来自全国各地的52名科研单位的专家对62份有效申请进行了函审给出了初评意见。
In 2014, CNS-DSM special research fund expert review meeting was held in Beijing on July 31, and 12 experts from CNS-DSM expert committee attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed the 2014 application projects and selected the final funded projects. The meeting was chaired by Professor Zhai Fengying, chairman of the Committee of Experts. She briefly introduced the general situation of this year’s tendering: the Office received 83 applications for projects from 22 provinces and municipalities, an increase of 42 over 2013, an increase of 102% , Bidding reached the peak of these four years. 62 valid applications were screened out through formal examination. Experts from 52 scientific research institutes across the country gave preliminary comments on 62 valid applications.
