在构建适应现代市场经济的企业文化的时候,哈佛教授约·凯特在《企业文化与经营业绩》中提出:企业文化有可能成为决定企业兴衰的关建因素。由于在企业中,其成员的来源不同、生活经历、文化素质、工作性质的差异,决定了人们的价值取向各不相同。如果没有一种力量把不同价值取向的人同质化,企业就缺乏一种凝聚力,甚至缺乏竞争力。那么企业文化建设应该注意什么问题呢?
In constructing a corporate culture that adapts to a modern market economy, Harvard professor Jon Kate puts forward in his book “Corporate Culture and Business Performance” that corporate culture may become a key factor in determining the rise and fall of a company. Due to the differences in the sources, life experiences, cultural qualities, and nature of work of companies, it is determined that people’s values are different. If there is not a power to homogenize people of different values, companies will lack a cohesive force or even lack of competitiveness.
