2015年12月28日由市府新闻办发布《上海现代职业教育体系建设规划(2015~2030年)》(简称“职教规划”),以15年的长远考量,对本市职业教育的发展规模和层次、布局结构和体系建设等进行一系列重要设计,它不仅为本市第一个体系视野下的现代职教体系规划,也为本市第一次彰显大职教观的学历与培训并重的专项规划;它既能体现对上海产业结构调整所带来的高规格人才需求的积极回应,又能体现对上海城市未来发展需求的积极响应。这份在上海深化教育综合改革背景下形成的产教深度融合的蓝图,意义十分重大且充分展示出五个方面明显特点。
