目的了解赣榆县各级医疗机构消毒质量情况,加强医疗机构感染管理和控制水平。方法采用现场抽样检测方法,对县、镇、村三级医疗机构7个项目消毒质量进行监测。结果监测2 310份样品,合格率为72.94%。室内空气合格率最低为56.49%,生物指示剂合格率最高为100%;城区医疗单位合格率高于镇、村二级医疗单位,村级卫生室消毒质量不容乐观。结论赣榆县医疗机构消毒质量较好,但不同监测项目合格率存在不平衡,空气、卫生人员手、物体表面消毒质量有待提高。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of medical institutions at all levels in Ganyu County and to strengthen the infection management and control of medical institutions. Methods The on-site sampling and testing methods were used to monitor the disinfection quality of 7 projects in three levels of county, town and village medical institutions. Results 2 310 samples were monitored with a pass rate of 72.94%. The indoor air pass rate is the lowest 56.49%, biological indicators of the highest pass rate of 100%; urban medical unit pass rate higher than the town and village two medical units, village clinics disinfection quality is not optimistic. Conclusion The quality of disinfection in Ganyu medical institutions is good, but there is imbalance in the pass rate of different monitoring items. The quality of disinfectants on the surface of air and health personnel needs to be improved.
