目的确定宁夏栽培南方菟丝子的适宜采收期。方法通过HPLC法比较成熟度不同南方菟丝子中的金丝桃苷的含量,同时比较氨基酸的含量及其产量。结果栽培南方菟丝子中金丝桃苷在10月份含量最高,氨基酸的含量在10月份最高,南方菟丝子的产量在10月份也是最高。结论综合分析栽培南方菟丝子中金丝桃苷的含量,氨基酸含量及其产量,栽培南方菟丝子适宜的采收期为每年的10月份。
Objective To determine the appropriate harvesting period of southern dodder in Ningxia. Methods HPLC was used to compare the content of hyperoside in different dipsters with different maturity, and to compare the contents of amino acids and their yields. Results The content of hyperoside in the cultivated southern dodder was highest in October, the content of amino acid was the highest in October, and the output of southern dodder in October was also the highest. Conclusion The content of cortin, amino acid content and its yield in cultivated southern dodder were comprehensively analyzed. The suitable harvest period of cultivated southern dodder was October.
