本文对要求耐功率的波导管充气或抽真空后引起的变形进行了理论计算,分别用有限差法分法和三弯矩方程二种方法推导了波导管a边b边的最大挠度计算式。通过对三种常用波导BJ—48(黄铜)、BJ—58(黄铜)和BJ—100(铝)的充气试验,所得实验数据与计算值非常近似。指出了文献的推荐值E与试验结果不符,值得进一步探讨。
In this paper, theoretical calculation is made on the deformation caused by the ductile or ductile waveguide after it is required to be resistant to power. The formula of the maximum deflection of the b-side of the waveguide a is deduced by finite difference method and three-moment equation respectively. The experimental data obtained are very close to the calculated values by aeration tests on three commonly used waveguides BJ-48 (brass), BJ-58 (brass) and BJ-100 (aluminum) It is pointed out that the recommended value E of the literature is not in agreement with the test result, which deserves further discussion.
