主持人的话:全国人才会议召开后,人才问题受到全社会的广泛关注。为了集纳社会各界智慧研究思考人才问题,本刊从本期起开辟“学者思考”栏目,约请哲学、历史学、经济学、法学、社会学、政治学、管理学、心理学等有关学科的学者,从各自学科角度对人才问题进行研究思考。欢迎各学科学者和各界有识之士关心、思考人才问题,共同推动人才研究新发展,为实施人才强国战略献计献策。
Moderator: After the National Talent Conference was held, the issue of talent has drawn widespread public concern. In order to gather intelligence from all walks of life to study and think about the issue of talents, this issue has opened up the column of “Scholarly Thinking” from this issue, and invited relevant disciplines such as philosophy, history, economics, law, sociology, politics, management and psychology Scholars, from the perspective of their respective disciplines to study the issue of talent.
