将钛涂层317L接骨板植入电子线照射的犬右下颌骨体部,用透射电镜(TEM)观察相邻骨膜超微结构变化,结果显示,钛涂层317L接骨板组相邻骨膜超微结构损伤比未喷涂钛层的317L接骨板对照组轻微。可能与未喷涂钛层的317L接骨板所释放出来的毒性较大的Cr、Ni离子对组织细胞的再损伤有关,而钛涂层317L接骨板表面呈纯钛相,不会造成组织细胞超微结构明显损伤
