This paper reports on the survey of 31 family-owned mushroom families in their home environment and 72 adult family members who are not directly involved in the production of mushrooms. A comparison was made between 25 rural family houses and 65 adult members. The results showed that the domestic mushrooms kept the indoor environment in a high humidity state with poor air cleanliness and caused the pollution of mushroom spores in the living room environment. The average geometric mean concentration of this test was 1.975 × 10-6 / m3. Family members of mushrooms have obvious respiratory symptoms and X-ray abnormalities were 26.4%, 7.7% higher than the control group (P <0.01). The significance test of the percentage trend shows that the indoor mushroom spore concentration is closely related to the prevalence of respiratory diseases among family members (P <0.01).
