患者李××,男,29岁。河北固安施工队员(在京)。因谵语、头痛、阵发性全身颤抖2h于1988年9月11日16h10min来院急诊。追问病史,当日近中午时被人不慎用拳碰伤下前牙,致(?)松动Ⅱ～Ⅲ°。来院就诊时于2％奴夫卡因2ml局麻下拔除(?),缝合拔牙创牙龈2针,给予消炎止痛药,安返施工队。1个多h后,突然呼叫父母,不时喊叫“我的牙拔了!”自觉口渴、头痛,继之出现阵发性全身颤抖,遂来院急诊。
