弦外之音我国古代文人,有“深文隐蔚,余味曲色”之说。一篇简短的速写之中,能不能有文外之旨,弦外之音,味外之味呢? 匆匆采写,确实不易做到。但是,有心人不满足“抓到活鱼就上报”,而是冷静地做点“深加工”,就可能从平淡中画出奇峰深潭。李普在他的《战地新年速写》中,注意写司令部的一个细节:司令部“正在下令”给解放聊城的部队,要去拜谒范筑先将军(范是著名忠勇抗战的将领),还要保护“海源阁”(这是国内一个大藏书库的所在地)。任何一位神经正常的读者,读文到此,都可以感到弦外之音袅袅不绝:中国共产党人是尊敬一切爱国之士,是尊重民族文化的!在紧张的战争环境中仍想得这么周全。
