离退休干部有深厚的群众基础,丰富的工作经验,广泛的社会影响,能够密切地联系群众,了解群众的思想和生活,因此,对于如何管理群众,充分发挥群众的积极性,稳定群众的不安定情绪等问题有其独特有效的方法。本文简述了企业离退休干部思想政治建设的现状,并说明了影响企业离退休干部思想政治建设的因素,最后对于企业离退休干部思想政治建设提出了切实有效的途径和方法。
