每个学生都有自己独特的内心世界,在这个世界里他们有自己的思想见解,有自己的认知观念,他们的外在表现和他们的内心世界是息息相关的。只有走进他们的内心世界,多倾听他们内心深处的声音,才能找到问题的真正答案。金棋,是我班一位学习能力较差,不按时完成作业,上课经常迟到,还时常因闹肚子而请假不来上课的学生。由于这些问题,我平常没少找他谈话,可效果不大,所以很让人头疼。直到有一次因为他连续几天都没有完成作业,我才联系了他的家长,他奶奶的到来我才知道了真正的内情。
