这里的四篇笔谈来源于不同学科和不同的地域。蔡元博士长期留居英国,他对下届卡塞尔文献展主持人的现场采访。增强了本论坛的现场感,也向我们披露了这位非洲出身的恩韦佐对如何主持本届文献展的态度。罗青先生长期在台湾师范大学从事教学,他们的观点,为我们提供了面临不同地域的艺术本土化和地域意识的切入视角。而马钦忠和董志强的截然相反的观点,正好表明了国内知识学界对地域意识与本土化问题两种对立的观点;虽然观点不同,但目的和期待却是一致的,希望本土化和国际化在实质上达到一致。我知道,这是一个漫长而必须艰苦努力的过程。 还有一点须加以说明的是:这里选登了一部分2000年上海艺术双年展中第三世界国家的参展艺术展的作品目的在于证明,虽然整个世界都处于“西方化”的行程中,但本土化却是他们抹不去的价值要素。希望这能引起中国艺术界和理论界的严重关注。(主持人:马钦忠)
The four articles here come from different disciplines and different regions. Dr. Cai Yuan stayed in England for a long time, and he interviewed the host of the next Kassel literature exhibition. Enhanced the forum’s sense of presence and also disclosed to us the attitude of this African-born Envieno on how to host this literature exhibition. Mr. Luo Qing has been teaching at Taiwan Normal University for a long time. Their point of view provides us with the perspective of facing the localization of art and the sense of regionalism in different regions. However, the diametrically opposed views of Ma Qinzhong and Dong Zhiqiang show just the opposite viewpoints of the local knowledge and localization on the part of the domestic intellectuals. Although the views are different, the purposes and expectations are the same, and hope that the localization and internationalization of the Really agree I know this is a long process that has to be worked hard. Another point to note is that here we have selected some of the works of the participating art exhibitions of the third world countries in the 2000 Shanghai Art Biennale to prove that although the entire world is in the process of “Westernization” Localization is the element of value they can not erase.
