列车的调车作业通常由内燃机车来完成。在调车作业间歇期间,内燃机车柴油机不能停机。目前,阿尔斯通公司推出了一种环境友好的新技术措施:采用电气混合动力系统来替代传统的内燃机车动力驱动。电气混合动力系统的组成包括蓄电池、柴油发电机组、功率电子装置、电动机和机械传动装置。这些装置安装在现有内燃机车上。柴油发电机组给蓄电池充电,并在机车需要高功率时提供附加的能量。运用试验表明,该机车可以大量节省燃料:货运调车作业节油35%,客运调车作业省油达60%。文中介绍了“混合动力”的定义,混合动力装置控制系统的原理和结构以及主要部件的技术规范,调车机车作业的内容和特点;比较了传统动力装置与混合动力装置的差异。
Shunting of trains is usually done by diesel locomotives. Diesel locomotive can not be stopped during intermittent shunting operation. Currently, Alstom has introduced a new environmentally friendly technology and measures: the use of electric hybrid system to replace the traditional diesel locomotive power drive. The electrical hybrid system consists of batteries, diesel generators, power electronics, electric motors and mechanical transmissions. These devices are installed on existing diesel locomotives. The diesel generator charges the battery and provides additional energy when the locomotive requires high power. Experiments show that the locomotive can save a lot of fuel: cargo shunting operation saving 35%, passenger shunting operation of oil-saving up to 60%. The paper introduces the definition of “hybrid power”, the principle and structure of hybrid control system and the technical specifications of the main components, the contents and characteristics of the shunting locomotive operation, and compares the differences between the traditional power plant and the hybrid power plant.
