为研究三峡建坝后长江江苏段水位春季提早升高对血吸虫及血吸虫病传播的影响,对不同深度水下血吸虫虫卵的孵化率及水下钉螺对毛蚴的易感性进行了观察。结果显示,水淹深度与水下血吸虫虫卵孵化率及水下钉螺对毛蚴的易感性均呈非常显著负相关。研究提示,三峡建坝后4 月份提早浅水水淹有利于受淹滩上虫卵的孵化及毛蚴感染钉螺。
In order to study the influence of early spring water level rise in Jiangsu section of Yangtze River on the spread of schistosomiasis and schistosomiasis after the Three Gorges Dam construction, the hatching rate of eggs in different depths of Schistosoma japonicum and the susceptibility of snails to miracidia were observed. The results showed that the depth of water flooding was negatively correlated with the hatching rate of Schistosoma japonicum eggs and the susceptibility of snails to miracidia. The study suggests that early shallow water flooding in April after the Three Gorges Dam construction is conducive to the hatching of eggs and the infection of snails by miracidia.
