设计理论与方法在产品设计开发中起着十分重要的作用,是产品创新设计的根本和基础。在众多设计理论与方法中,公理设计(Axiomatic Design,AD)是目前产品设计方法学中的一个研究热点。在AD基本概念描述的基础上,对两条设计公理的具体应用进行了归纳;总结了AD方法在需求分析、概念设计、设计决策和工艺设计各设计阶段的应用;综述了AD与QFD,TRIZ,DSM,模块化设计、创新设计、并行设计、优化设计、可靠性设计、稳健设计及多种设计理论与方法的集成研究,展开了细致深入的分析;最后陈述了AD的优势与劣势,展望了AD在未来产品设计领域中的发展趋势。
Design theory and method play a very important role in product design and development, which is the foundation and foundation of product innovation design. Among many design theories and methods, Axiomatic Design (AD) is a hot research topic in product design methodology. Based on the description of the basic concepts of AD, this paper summarizes the concrete application of the two axioms, summarizes the application of AD in the design phases of requirements analysis, conceptual design, design decision and process design. The paper summarizes the application of AD and QFD, TRIZ , DSM, modular design, innovative design, parallel design, optimization design, reliability design, robust design and a variety of design theory and methods of integrated research, carried out a detailed and in-depth analysis; finally stated the advantages and disadvantages of AD, Outlook AD in the future of product design in the field of development trends.
