马鞭草1斤,加水5斤煮沸1.5小时,取出液,再加水4斤煮沸1小时,取液;再加水4斤,煮沸1小时药渣弃出,合并三次液。然后文火煎药液,药液煎到10斤,即是10%马鞭草液。药液煎到6.6斤,即是15%。药液煎到5斤即是20%,药浓煎到2斤,即是50%。然后过滤,密封,高压灭菌、放冰箱备用。
