Gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） is a verycommon disorder with increasing prevalence. It isestimated that up to 20%-25% of Americans experiencesymptoms of GERD weekly. Excessive reflux ofacidic often with alkaline bile salt gastric and duodenalconte
