通过对Al-Ga-Sn-Mn-Bi阳极合金进行480℃的固溶和退火处理,研究不同热处理方式对合金的组织及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,固溶处理使阳极合金中的析出相数量减少,合金的耐蚀性得到提高,恒流放电电位负移且放电平稳;退火处理后,析出相均匀度及数量增加,耐蚀性降低,恒流放电曲线平稳。通过性能对比发现,固溶处理效果优于退火处理。
The effects of different heat treatment methods on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of Al-Ga-Sn-Mn-Bi anode alloys were investigated by solid solution and annealing at 480 ℃. The results show that the amount of precipitated phase in the anode alloy is reduced by solution treatment, the corrosion resistance of the alloy is improved, the potential of the constant current discharge is shifted negatively and the discharge is steady. After annealing, the uniformity and amount of precipitated phase increase and the corrosion resistance decreases , Constant current discharge curve is stable. Through the performance comparison found that solution treatment is better than annealing treatment.
