目的 探讨亚低温对急性脑血管病的治疗作用机制及最佳治疗时机。方法 采用“TY -98系列微机控制颅脑降温仪” ,对 82例脑损伤患者观察亚低温治疗前后及亚低温治疗组与对照组的临床疗效及实验室指标。结果 亚低温治疗前后及亚低温治疗组与对照组比较神经功能明显改善 ,体温、NO、ICAM -1及IL -1明显降低 ,SOD增加。生存率及恢复良好率治疗组与对照组比较明显提高。最佳治疗时机在发病 2h以内。结论 亚低温治疗能有效提高脑损伤治愈率 ,降低病死率和致残率
Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of mild hypothermia on acute cerebrovascular disease and the best timing of its treatment. Methods The clinical efficacy and laboratory parameters of TY-98 series computer controlled cranial cooling apparatus were observed in 82 cases of brain injury patients before and after mild hypothermia treatment and mild hypothermia treatment group and control group. Results Before and after mild hypothermia treatment and mild hypothermia treatment group compared with the control group neurological function improved significantly, body temperature, NO, ICAM -1 and IL -1 decreased significantly, SOD increased. Survival rate and recovery rate of treatment group and control group was significantly improved. The best time to treatment within 2h onset. Conclusion Mild hypothermia treatment can effectively improve the cure rate of brain injury and reduce mortality and morbidity
