随着我国经济稳中求进的发展和就业与用人单位用工实行双向选择的实施,中职毕业生的学历上没有优势,综合素质相对较低,他们的就业前景不容乐观,他们的就业压力越来越大。这就要求中等职业学校,在努力培养社会所需的高素质技能型人才的同时,必须把学生的就业指导工作放在重要的位置,就业问题关系到社会、学校和学生的生存与发展,我们必须认真研究,采取有效措施,促进就业工作的改革与发展。
With the steady development of economy in our country and the employment and the implementation of two-way choice of employment by employers, there is no superiority in vocational education for secondary vocational school graduates. Their comprehensive qualities are relatively low. Their employment prospects are not optimistic. Their employment pressure is higher. The bigger it is. This requires that secondary vocational schools, while striving to cultivate the high-quality skilled personnel required by society, must give priority to the employment guidance of students. The employment issue is related to the survival and development of the society, schools and students. We must seriously study and take effective measures to promote the reform and development of employment.
