刑事信用,是指刑法规范符合其回应特殊性社会需要的属性以及刑法在调整社会关系中严守规则所获得的社会主体对它的信赖。刑事信用是刑法规范符合其回应特殊性社会需要的一种属性,主要体现在刑法的适用过程中。需要更新司法理念来维护和生成刑事信用。在思想、信念和司法行为上充分展现这一观念是防控冤案的重要内容。
Criminal credit refers to the criminal law norms in line with its response to the needs of particular social needs of the property and the criminal law in adjusting social relations to strictly abide by the rules of the social body to its trust.
