11月8日是中国第九个记者节,我国仅有的三个行业性节日之一便是记者节(其余两个分别是护士节与教师节),足以反映新闻工作在社会上的地位与影响。在记者节前后官方接连发布了两个关于新闻工作的重要文件,一个是新闻出版总署关于进一步做好新闻采访活动保障工作的通知(新华社11月7日电),另一个是中共中央政治局常委李长春同志在第十八届中国新闻奖第九届长江韬奋奖颁奖报告会上的讲话(11月10日人民日报)。仔细研读,二者互为表里,都是为新闻工作者队伍建设提供指针并提出要求。
