研究了安徽农村区域发展和林业的现状,从不同维度、不同视角,同时考虑时间的变化,探究林业发展对农村区域经济、政治、文化、社会和生态发展等各个方面的影响和作用。通过调研和数据分析表明:林业在皖南皖西山区农村区域发展中居“支柱”地位;林业在皖中丘陵农村区域发展中居“支撑”地位;林业在皖北平原农村区域发展中居“保障”地位。在此基础上,结合安徽林业在不同区域面临的制约瓶颈和发展约束,围绕“绿色产业兴林富民”的目标,立足不同区域农村区域发展的实际,提出了战略性的路径创新,以期林业在农村区域发展中作用的进一步发挥。
The status quo of rural development and forestry in rural areas of Anhui Province is studied. From different dimensions and different perspectives, the time and place changes of forestry development are discussed to explore the influence and effect of forestry development on various aspects of rural economic, political, cultural, social and ecological development. Through the research and data analysis, the forestry in the western Anhui Wanxi mountainous areas in the development of rural areas in the “pillar” status; forestry in Anhui hilly rural areas in the development of “support ” status; forestry in northern Anhui plain development of rural areas “Guarantee ” status.
