目的:观察仙方活命饮加减保留灌肠治疗急性盆腔炎(APID)湿热瘀结证的临床疗效。方法:将80例APID(湿热瘀结证)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,2组均给予头孢呋辛钠及替硝唑静点抗炎治疗,治疗组加用仙方活命饮加减保留灌肠治疗,10天后观察治疗效果。结果:治疗10天后,治疗组炎性细胞因子指标和症状持续时间指标与对照组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01),2组治愈率亦具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:仙方活命饮加减保留灌肠辅助治疗APID湿热瘀结证可减轻机体炎性反应程度,缩短症状持续时间,提高治愈率。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Xianfang Huoxue Decoction and Retention Enema in treating acute pelvic inflammatory disease (APID) damp-heat and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: Eighty patients with APID (damp - heat stasis syndrome) were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). Both groups were given cefuroxime sodium and tinidazole intravenous anti - inflammatory treatment. Drink plus and minus retention enema treatment, 10 days after the treatment effect. Results: After treatment for 10 days, the indexes of inflammatory cytokines and duration of symptoms in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.01). The cure rates in the two groups were also significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion: Xianfang live drink plus retention enema adjuvant APID damp heat stasis card can reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction, shorten the duration of symptoms and improve the cure rate.
