金黄膏出自《医宗金鉴》,方由:大黄、姜黄、南星、陈皮、白术、厚朴、甘草、天花粉组成加凡士林调膏。功能清热除湿、散瘀化痰、止痛消肿。《外科正宗》曰:“治痈疽、发背、诸般疔肿、跌打损伤、湿痰流毒、大头时瘟、漆疱、大丹、风热天疮、肌肤赤肿、妇女乳前痈、小儿丹毒,凡外科一切诸般顽恶肿毒随手用之,无不应效。诚为疮家良便方也。”临床上,笔者取其意、执其方、加掺药,用于治疗多种疾病,获效满意,现介绍如下:
