我们用戊二醛聚合的人血清白蛋白(PHSA)和牛血清白蛋白(PBSA)分别包被羊红细胞,对278例HBsAg阳性的和106例HBsAg阴性的肝炎病人及69例正常对照者血清做血凝集试验和交叉抑制试验。用ELISA方法检测病人HBV和HAV标志。结果表明HBsAg阳性组的PHSA结合活性及凝集效价明显高于HBsAg阴性组(阳性率80.5%∶33.9%和凝集效价log2.4.59±1.71∶2.36±1.28.P<0.01)。而PBSA的结合活性两者间
We coated sheep red blood cells with glutaraldehyde-conjugated human serum albumin (PHSA) and bovine serum albumin (PBSA), respectively, and performed blood tests on 278 HBsAg-positive and 106 HBsAg-negative hepatitis patients and 69 normal controls Agglutination test and cross-inhibition test.
