随着全球化的发展,英语在许多国家成为中介语并渐渐成为国际语言。因此,商务英语在邮件沟通中起着重要作用也就容易理解了。现在,邮件是商务环境中发展最快的沟通方式之一。作为最受欢迎的沟通方式,国内外很多学者已从不同角度对其进行了研究。本文致力于研究商务英语沟通中的礼貌现象。礼貌是语用学中的一个热门话题,不管是在通俗语言还是学术语言研究中都引起了极大的重视。
With the development of globalization, English has become an interlocutor in many countries and has gradually become an international language. As a result, Business English plays an important role in email communication and is easy to understand. Now, mail is one of the fastest growing forms of communication in the business environment. As the most popular means of communication, many scholars at home and abroad have studied it from different angles. This article is dedicated to researching politeness in business English communication. Politeness is a hot topic in pragmatics, which attracts great attention both in normal language and in academic language research.
